Welcome to HSL24 EAFC Season One, the premier competition for high school e-football. Be part of the premier competition for competitive Australian high school esports providing the best competitive platform for your school to succeed and be recognised on a national scale. Open to all skill levels!
Minimum of 1 and a maximum of 3 players per school. This registration should be completed by school teacher’s only. To confirm your school’s spot for Season 1 2024, you will need to place & complete an order to secure your school a team spot or two!

This registration is to only be ordered by schools. Not for the direct public or students themselves. Schools can either pay with a Debit or Credit Card when we send a Xero Invoice or use our Invoice details to process an EFT Transfer, this can be done during/post season. Please ensure you enter your school’s correct information on the billing page at the checkout.
REGISTRATION INFO
The registration fee covers the overall HSL24 EAFC program, giving your schools access to:
FEE: $50 per player
Players must own the game & have an active account to compete online via PlayStation-5, Xbox Series X/S or PC to play in this competition. Please note: PlayStation-4, Xbox One or Nintendo Switch players will be unable to participate.

- This covers your school’s registration fee for your registered player over the entirety of season one and the HSL program.
- Players will need to join our official and secure HSL24 EAFC Discord Server to be able to find their up to date weekly fixtures and all important gameday information. Our discord server is highly secure and monitored by all XP Esports professional staff. Teachers will be emailed discord information to pass onto their players. Students will be also informed of discord information on their student jotform.
- Schools are allowed to register up to a max of 3 players to represent their school in the season.
- If any additional new player is brought onto a team during the season, they cannot be ranked higher than the current highest ranked player on the team or we will refuse the request for them to join. IE: attempting to bring a higher ranked player onto a team for finals or etc. to gain a competitive advantage.

INFORMATION & COMPETITION FORMAT
XP Esports Australia will ensure this competition is easy to follow for all involved for a smooth and successful season. In addition to all details, fixtures and information being available on discord and our website, teachers and coaches will be emailed weekly with all relevant information for their players.
- All skill levels welcome! This competition is open to all skill levels to make sure we stay as inclusive as possible.
The HSL24 National League includes:
- HSL24 EAFC Group Stage > National Finals
- EAFC 24 IS CROSS-PLATFORM, so players who play games on PS5, XBOX Series X/S and PC can play against one another! (Switch is not included)

- PRIZING AND TROPHIES
- Champions and Runners up from both Xbox and PS5 leagues will win prizes and trophies.
- GRAND FINAL BROADCAST
- XP Esports will broadcast the schools competing in the Grand Final, live at The Gamers Ground UQ, if these competing schools are within traveling distance.
- We will do a case by case trial with this for Season One.
- WEEKLY MATCHES – Matches are every Wednesday afternoon, starting from 4:20PM AEST. Schedules will be available on discord, HSL social media as well as our official website.
GAMEDAY FORMAT & RULES
Please make sure all players are up to date and aware on how to add players to matches to avoid any delay to game day matches. Please watch the above Youtube video!
- Each player will play 1 match each week for their school in a best of 3 format.
- Games will be 8 minute halves. Please make sure this is enabled and match settings before commencement of the game.
- Players have the option to play from home or from their school.
- Players will play each other through Online Friendlies via the game.
- Setup of matches will be arranged and strictly monitored via our secure discord server and team. All teams will strictly adhere to our HSL24 rules at all times.
- All reporting of match results will be via our discord channel each week, to our gameday administration team. These must be submitted before 6PM each Wednesday or results will be counted as a forfeit.
- Results and Standings will be available via our social media and discord each week.

COMMUNICATION
Discord will be used as the main point of contact for each player where they can talk to the XP Esports admin team, other school player’s, access match information and organise scrims/practice matches between other player’s. Teachers are required to create a Discord account so they can be added to the XP HSL Server to be able to monitor it themselves if they wish.

EAFC is a paid game which your player/s will need to own their own copy on their platform of choice, PlayStation 5 , Xbox Series X/S or PC. They will also require the associated membership to compete online if they’ll be playing via PlayStation Plus Network or Xbox Live.
