All players must check-in for COVID Tracing when they arrive by scanning our QLD-Gov QR-Code.
Masks are mandatory for everyone in the centre.
All players need to let the staff at the reception know who you are & which session you are competing in. You will be taken to an available PC station where you can begin getting set up & will be competing at for your session.
Please arrive 15-30 mins before your session start-time, to ensure sufficient time to get you checked in, signed in, set up, and ready to go without any issues.
PLAYERS, PLEASE ENSURE YOU NOW YOUR EPIC GAMES / FORTNITE EMAIL & PASSWORD TO LOGIN!
If players attempt to sign-in too many times incorrectly you can consequently lock all the PCs from being able to sign in for a few hours. The only workaround for this is if you previously linked your Epic Games Account to your Facebook, Google Account, Xbox Live, PSN, Nintendo Account, Steam, or Apple.
If we catch you entering your details incorrectly too many times, we will sign you in with our XP Esports Guest Accounts which means you will not be able to play using your own account & will have our handicap system applied to you.
Each player is only allowed to play a total of 1 session for the event over the whole day so we may allow as many other people as possible to participate.
Once your session has been completed, all BYO gear must be removed if there is another session after which requires the use of the PC, you are at. Please ensure you are not attempting to steal any of the centre equipment, we do have security cameras to catch you.
